In 1990’s , a group of Pakistani businessmen informally created the Russia-Pakistan Business Club to unite the Pakistan-Soviet business community in Russia and aid each other in working towards common goals.Dr Zahid Ali Khan the founder of Pakistani Community , Pakistan Business Council Russia Launched Moscow of the Pakistan Trade House of Commerce in Russia along with Mr Yasir Malik Faiz and Mr Malik Ashfaq Awan.
Fundamental decisions made in that first year still guide the Chamber today, such as the choice to position Pakistan Trade House as a resource to the Russian Federation government in designing business legislation. Since then, the Chamber has continued to develop its reputation as a reliable business advocacy organization and its membership.
